We moved to Tennessee with no knowledge of the area and with no house buying experience. Debbie Nixon not only was welcoming but knowledgeable as well. I had a very difficult property to sell involving multiple owners and Debbie went above and beyond what would be considered normal realtor responsibilites to facilitate the sale. Her consistency, deligence and professionalism were key factors for a successful transaction. Wow - it is that simple. We are a military family who had a limited window to search in person for our next home. Debbie made those few days exceptional. During such a stressful time, Debbie was able to instantly put us at ease! Any speed bump we encountered from trying to communicate with the buyer’s agent to negotiating with the builder on our new home, Debbie had it under control. We had a small time frame to sell and buy and Debbie made sure everyone from the title company to the mortgage lender was on top of it so we’d be ready to go! Not to mention showing us homes weekends and evenings to fit with our schedule. And sometimes at the drop of a hat when a new home went on the market.
