She handled all phases of the sales, at times deeming a price reduction or certain repair would be advantageous. Her experience in the field of home sales was obvious in her sales strategies. Every step along the way was made taking my Mother's comfort into consideration. Ms. Nixon was warm, personable and we felt completely at ease discussing our personal plans knowing she would keep our business confident.
